Size Exchanges & Refunds
If you have ordered the wrong item, you may return the item to make an exchange. Exchanges is made via post. See below for the procedure terms and conditions. We only offer refunds as a last resort if a suitable replacement is not available.
Items Not Eligible for Size Exchange
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. The only exception is a damaged or incorrect item shipped by No Agenda (see below for details).
Countries Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
At this time, we are only able to offer returns and exchanges to customers in Singapore and Thailand. Orders to all other countries are final sale. The only exception is a damaged or incorrect item shipped by No Agenda (see below for details).
Incorrect Items & Damaged Goods
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item due to an error on our end, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same item. If a replacement item is not available, customers will be given a full refund.
How To Exchange/ Refund Your Order / Terms & Conditions
All exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions, and will be granted at No Agenda's sole discretion. Please follow the steps below and do not attempt an exchange without prior approval.
- Email an exchange/refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email, please include your order number, reason for exchange/refund, any relevant sizing information and how you’d like to make the exchange/refund (via post ). This must be done within thirty (30) days of ordering.
- If the exchange/refund is approved, we will reply with all relevant information and next steps. Exchanges/Refunds will only be entertained after we have approved the request via email.
Exchange Terms And Conditions
Goods must be returned in their original condition with no evidence of use (i.e. no traces of scents, no stains, unwashed, complete with tags and labels etc.) and in their original packaging.
For all size exchanges by post, the customer pays for all return freight or postal charges (two-way), including duty and tax, if applicable.
For all exchanges due to production defects, delivery of wrong size specified or delivery of wrong item; we will return the correct item to the customer at the last indicated delivery address at no extra cost within twenty (20) working days of receipt of returned item. To claim a refund for return shipping in such an event, the customer has to send us an evidence of return shipping cost within five (5) working days of shipping. Refund on shipping cost will be made in online store credit via a coupon code.
Each item can only be exchanged once for another similar product (or equal value) or a full refund.
Returned products must reach us within twenty (20) days of our approval of the exchange request. Extensions will be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. No Agenda will not be liable for any goods which fail to reach us before end of the exchange period window.
No Agenda will not be held responsible for lost packages. All returns and exchanges must be delivered back to us using a traceable service with a tracking number.
Refunds are not immediate and may take up to fifteen (15) working days to be completed.
If any of the above stated conditions are not met, we will not go through with the exchange transaction. No Agenda reserves the right to refuse any exchanges.
Anyone deemed by No Agenda to be abusing the returns policy or making false claims will be barred from shopping at www.noagenda.co.
